Theme contains built-in Cuckoo Form plugin that allows creating contact forms of four different types: Newsletter, RSVP, Guestbook and Contact Form. Number of forms is unlimited. Guestbook entries, subscribers and emails can be managed via admin side.
Newsletter
Using Newsletter contact form site visitors can subscribe to your site’s news by email. Shortcode can be added to any page, post or inside column shortcode. Subscribers can be managed by using built in Email list.
RSVP
Easy to use and setup RSVP form is created for weddings, but could be used for other events as well. Shortcode can be added to any page, post. Subscribers can be managed by using built in Email list.
Guestbook
Using Guestbook form site visitors can post their well wishings or other messages. Shortcode can be added to any page, post. Received wishes can be managed by using built in Email list.
Contact Form
Contact Form is a very usefull shortcode that allows adding contact form anywhere in the site. Shortcode can be added to any page, post or inside column shortcode.
Newsletter Setup
Step 1
Navigate to Dashboard → Appearance → Cuckoo Plugins → Cuckoo Forms in your WordPress dashboard panel.
Step 2
1. Click Expand button.2. Enter title of your shortcode.
3. Select Newsletter using Choose Form Type dropdown.
Step 3
4. Edit Form Settings. Enter form intro text. It will be displayed above the Newsletter form. Optional.5. Enter email address. All notifications of subscribers will be delivered to this email. This email address will be also used as default email address of this shortcode.
6. Choose Button Style and enter custom button title if needed.
Step 4
7. Edit subscription notifications settings. Check box and email notification will be sent to you when someone joins this list.8. Enter notification email subject.
Step 5
9. Edit settings of Message to Subcribers. Check box and email notification will be sent for subscribers to their specified email address.10. Enter Message Subject.
11. Enter message to subscribers.
Click Save button.
Step 6
Copy Newsletter shortcode and paste it where you need this functionality. For example add it to pages, posts, use columns shortcode.Subscribers can be managed by using built in Email list.
RSVP Setup
